A typical recruitment cycle usually takes between 30-45 days after attestation of Demand Letter. Starling International aims for deployment within 8 business days of issuance of visa for selected candidates.

Our candidate pool includes Internal database of pre-registered candidates, affiliated training centers, district wise job fairs, advertisements through print/social media, headhunting & use of formal (registered) countrywide sub-agents.
Yes. Starling International verifies and, where applicable, facilitates skills accreditation through government-recognized training and testing centers under BMET. Each candidate’s skills, experience, and certification are validated to ensure they meet employer and destination-country requirements before deployment.
